INSIDE & OUTSIDE INDUSTRIAL SALES

Transmotion LLC is currently looking for both an Inside and Outside Sales Professional to cover the Fox Valley and areas west of the Fox Valley sales territory.  We are looking for a solutions oriented consultative selling approach, getting to know your customers industries and applications while making value added recommendations that will meet Transmotion's sales goals along with the customer's goals of increased productivity and reduced costs.  In addition, this position will prospect new customers and respond to current customers needs to achieve Transmotion' s sales goals. 

 Transmotion's ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Experience selling Industrial Products (Power Transmission, Bearing, Electro Mechanical, Hydraulic fluid connections, Rubber, Gasket, Filtration, and Chain)
  • Excellent Networking, Prospecting, and Closing skills
  • Current selling relationships with customers in this industry
  • Ability to handle customer's inquiries, recommending solutions, and price negotiations
  • Calling deep into customers accounts and being a partner with your customer
  • Sense of urgency in selling and customer solution solving
  • Goal oriented

To qualify you must have:

  • Experience with Inside/Outside business to business sales
  • Proven Track Record of success
  • Valid driver's license
  • Competency with Microsoft Office software
